On the OOBOT40 boards, the outer row of pins on the headers are always
grounds. The signals [input or output] are on the inner row of header
pins, and on 3-row headers, the middle row is usually the power buss,
although this is configurable.
Also, if you use the 754410 chip outputs to drive an external board,
remember you will need to provide voltage on pin 8 of the chip [+M pin
on the h-bridge headers] to power the 754410 output drivers. You can
jumper this to +5v on the board, since you just need logic-level
outputs.
