Compiler issues-tech support please - carr6565 - Aug 26 18:19:47 2008

Hi so I recently finished building a robot and went to connect my
oopic microcontroller to my computer and promptly started having
problems.

Using compiler 6.1, on a v 2.2 chip.

First whenever I start the compiler up it gives this error message.

"Internal Error in portInp of I2CFuncs"

Then I hit ok, hoping for the best, and get

"Internal Error in PortOut of I2CFuncs" hit ok again and it bounces
back and forth for a while.

Eventually the error message goes away. I set the target device and
then go to cable configuration. And the program locks up with the
same errors from above.

This happens if the parallel programing cable is plugged in or
disconnected.

Anyone know what is going on?

Hi again, actually I figured this one out. I needed to install the
port95nt file. Now it is working fine.
