APRS tracker bug fix - bergweed - May 7 12:23:48 2006
I've found and fixed a minor bug in the GPS version of PIC decoder
code and have uploaded the revised ASM and HEX files to my website.
The bug caused it to output bad longitude data if the sending station
had more than 4 digis in it's path.
It affected both the MX614 and ZCD version of code, so if you plan to
use it get the latest revision which is 2.01.
