Is anyone using a (freeware) printer driver that outputs to a tiff or
bmp file format?
I have created a test pcb so I can protoype my design with the
18f2550, I want to send it as a bmp to my usual paint package so I can
add text / clean a few corners etc, and then I can also save it as a
jpg thumbnail for a page I have set up on the web to document my
(slow) progress.

Try this,

this generate a pdf printer.
Try to copy and paste on a coreldraw, not bmp.
Is just an idea.
