I´m build the icd2clone, in WindowsXP it´s ok, but in MPLAB:
MPLAB ICD 2 Ready

Are you using a USB to RS232 adapter? I've got a driver for the PL2303
adapters on my site that works with MPLAB. Else make sure your FIFOs
are off.
