PICkit2 clone with bonus 18F1320 tutor onboard. Good programmer. I own
one and I'm very happy with it.

The Inchworm+ with Unicorn USB board is good too. It's an ICD2 clone.
Without the Unicorn it's an ICD2 clone with no USB - serial only. A
bit slower that way. USB is fast.

I'm about to sell on Ebay a brand new Microchip ICD2 - it came with a development board and I don't need it.
