Hi everybody
I'm developing a programme to read a specially printed code with a
image sensor. For this I use a simple foto camera of 352 X 288 fixels
and 16mb sdram (TC16M116-S2). I want get a saved foto frame data bit
by bit from TC16M116-S2 to a PIC microcontroller. Please explain me
how can handle a sdram chip how to find TC16M116-S2 DATASHEET. All the
data printed on it is SUPER 0618 TC16M116-S2 (IT'S A CHINESE PRODUCT)
