IC-PROG PROBLEMS!!!!!! Please help - pakigenius786 - Jul 22 9:37:00 2003

first of all. after building the .asm file, and no errors i move onto the ic-prog software. i burn the test.lst file and it does everything until verification. at the last verification, it says that verification failed at address 000h! or something like that. please i need help.... i try to read the PIC16F84A and i get 0's everywhere. mohammed billoo |

when i burn the HEX file, it says that there is no configuration nor any ID. when i try to read the HEX file using notepad, it looks nothing like expect it to be. mohammed billoo |

is your com port set up?
