Hi Travis,

Mine is an older model and I have Ver 1 of IsoPro loaded.

I made gerbers from WinQCad. Simple pcb software and much easier to
use than Eagle, but I'm finding out if it is good for my uses.

I cannot import a decent drill file and have no solder file.

The gerber looks good, proper size and all that.

the drill file makes 'hole's that are huge, 3 to 4 times the board
size. needless to say, it says the drill file is out of bounds. If this should be off list, e-mail me at

My problem was where in the menus to find where to put the numbers.

I did find that it was stipping the zeros on the coordinates so
00.0400 drills came out to 40.0 inches. just a little bit of a
difference.

You might test your Gerber files at www.freedfm.com. You upload the
Gerbers and drill files and a few minutes later they send an e-mail
back notifying you if there are problems with the files. In the
worst case (when I had a layer mirrored in Eagle), they actually
called to help me figure out what the problem was. This way you'd
know if the fies were ok to start with.
