Hi Folks, Happy New Year... I have a pcb designed in Eagle and I'm now trying to produce the relevant files to send for PCB fabrication. Is there an Idiots guide to help me to "get it right first time ?". thanks |

Thanks, Got there first time !. Easy when you know how. I appear to have three hole sizes where I only need one. Any way to change this? How do I visually check that the files produced are actually what I intend the board to look like ?. Go to the eagle support group (get there off the eagle home page). Be prepared for a little attitude but you'll get your questions answered. There is a tutorial that you simply must use. Its in the files section. There is also a library tutorial some where but a quick peruse didn't show it. try google. If you cant find it, ping me and I'll see if I can reconstruct how I got to it. By the way, my biggest roadblock with eagle was how to use the clipboard. You have to click on the object AFTER selecting cut or copy. That's what I meant by ANTI-UI.
