Promming 12C67* - linkosal - Nov 18 12:08:00 2002

I've been playing around for a while with 16F84, promming them with a
JDM-like hardware and IcProg. For a recent project I needed something
as small as possible, so I tried 12C671. The problem is that I cannot
promm it. As a matter of fact, I cannot even read it ! (to my
understanding, the last byte in the memory should have the factory set
calibration value for the internal resonator? It reads 3FFFH, as does
the rest of the memory...) So I seem to have a fundamental
misunderstanding while thinking that I could promm the 12C671 by
connecting the same 5 legs as with 16F84 (Vss, Vdd, MCLR, SerClock and
SerData)?

Any help appreciated, thanks - -Tapio-
