Hi

I am new to PIC programming, I just bought a P19pro programmer
assembled, I am trying to program a PIC16f84 I did the testing
that came with the kit everything seem to be working, when I
press the button "blank CH" the response is "Device is not Blank...."
if I press the "Program" button the response is "Program Error
Program = Address=0000 Buffer=0000 Device=0000", the erase button seem
to work meaning the memory should be erasing ? . I try to increase the
programming delay with no success. I thing the programmer is not reconizing
the microchip ?
I would greatly appreciate some help
