hi
i can't enable picstart programmer.
i got the message from the MPLAB v6.40 under PICStart
saying that "Cannot Transmit. Please verify connection
and retry the previous operation."
Once its accedently enabled then after its never.
i tried every thing like baud rate, FIFO, hardware
shake
The same programmer with same MPLAB SW works on my
friends home(windows 98(AMD)).
I have XP, PIII > 933MHz >(2F8 IRQ4 COM2 that i deside
to connect my programmer)
I tried a serial port Mouse and its worked fine..

what i need to do now
