Hello, I had been a PIC16F87x user all these years and trying to switch over to the PIC18 series. I'm looking for a free & simple programmer hardware + software combo for this PIC. The software at www.ic-prog.com seemed ok at first, but one can notice that the config bits are rather erratic (there are only 7 config bytes in the software for the pic18f452, whereas there should be 11). I would appreciate some feedback from the readers of this list regarding which software+hardware they are using to program the the PIC18F452? Best Regards, Naveen.P.N. |
