A little off topic but need help - smitty505000 - Jan 15 16:57:00 2006
Hey all,
Im trying to identify an SMD device and have searched for hours.
These codes are crazy! Any way, the device is 3mm W x 3.5mm L x 2mm H
and has a white line across one end. It only has two connections, 1 at
each end of the 3.5mm dimension. The markings are "47" and under
that "6s".
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Neil Smith

Sounds like a 47 uF tantalum cap. The line is +ve, if it is.
