I've been working to update Dynamic C 10's TLS (the protocol formerly known as SSL) implementation from 1.0 to 1.2, and feel that it's ready for testing if anyone is interested. Modern web browsers will refuse to connect to Rabbit products with the TLS 1.0 implementation, hence the push to support 1.2. Along the way, I removed support for protocols and ciphers now considered insecure. I've pa...

This starts to annoy me... Every time I'm starting the DC 10.72 I get the following dialog message. From the message it seems that tcdata.ini is wrong (Base Frequency: 0) although I looked at it and it does contain "25.0000" for that entry. Anyone experiencing this? I'm using it in a Win7 32bit It's true that selecting either Yes or No doesn't seem to have eny effect, and everything is w...

Hi all, This is not directly rabbit related (yet)... since for the moment I'm playing with the xbee modules all connected on a windows pc though usb-serial adaptors. I want to play with them and see what's happening with my own eyes :) Then, I'll have some rabbit targets for them. All in all, I set up a network with 3 modules, one coordinator and 2 routers. Everything works very well (and I ...

Hi. I am just getting to where we are migrating from Dyn C 9.25 to 9.62. I installed the updates to 9.62. I can see that in 9.62, there are two extra lib sysconfig and sysiodefs in BIOLIB that was inside rabbitbios.c in 9.25. I basically used all the same basic files I had in 9.25, with some user modified in rabbitbios.C I mod them in the new BIOSLIB sysconfig and sysiodefs. I get the fo...

Has anyone seen a problem on the RCM3000 core modules where they fail to initialise properly at power-up? We are seeing it on RCM3110 and RCM3200 at lower temperatures, around 15 to 20 Celsius. The symptoms are that the timers A and B do not produce the required frequency divisions. Baud rates are wrong. The symptoms are always cured by taking /reset_in low manually. That sort of eliminates ou...

Hello everybody I'm facing a problem in a rcm3700 module. This module works as a server in port 23 . We can connect to this in module when it has the ip 192.168.0.xxx but never when it has the ip 10.179.237.xxx. We have try with subnet 255.0.0.0 and 255.255.255.0. but nothing happens. We can ping it but we cannot connect to port 23. Because the net 10.xxx.xxx.xxx is a b type we must confi...

I have an application that uses the SHD download library, and it compiles and runs fine under Win7. I just got a new PC running Win10 and it produces a compile error message stating that it can't find the file "http_upload.c". That file is entered in the lib.dir file, exactly as under Win7. Other than for this problem, the new installation under Win10 appears to be functional. Any ideas?

I program hundreds of the RCM3700 boards every year using the Rabbit Cloning Board. The cables on this board are very fragile, so over time, the plugging and unplugging on every board to program it causes the cable go bad due to broken wires next to the connector. Rabbit does not make these cables available, they require you to purchase a new cloning board which costs $89. Can someone provide me w...
