Partner Program Update

Stephane BoucherAugust 8, 2012

In my last blog post, I introduced the revenue sharing experiment.

So far, tens of highly skilled embedded systems experts have joined the program, and I have created a forum for those partner members to suggest and discuss ideas to improve EmbeddedRelated.com.  I have already started to work on several of the recommendations, and I am really excited by where this is going.

Today, I am happy to announce the inclusion of DSPRelated.com and FPGARelated.com into the partner program.

What it means is that the partner members will not only participate to the advertising revenues generated by EmbeddedRelated.com, but by the three websites combined.  I think it makes sense to proceed this way, considering the very close relationship between the sites, and because many of the improvements discussed by partner members will apply and be ported to the three sites.

The partner program in a nutshell:

  • Up to 1000 selected individuals (partner members) will share up to 10% of the advertising revenues generated by the three *related sites from July the 1st 2012 to June the 30th 2013.
  • In exchange, the partner members won't have to do anything special but care for the success of the *related sites.
  • At the end of the trial period, the partner program will be evaluated and most likely renewed, with some improvements based on the partner members feedback.
  • Any partner member can choose to leave the program at any moment and for any reason

The basic idea is to have hundreds of engineers rooting for the success of the sites.  There is no catch - and the best way to find out where this leads, is to give it a try.

So, if you would like to have a say on the future of the *related sites and benefit from their success, please fill the short application form at: //www.embeddedrelated.com/new/partnerapply.php

Best regards,

Stephane Boucher
