Has anyone that's used Atmel's ARM7 based CAP7 willing to share their
experiences? I'd love to hear them.
CAP7 appears to be a hardwired ARM7 core with mask programmable user logic
blocks. The end result will be foundry sourced device. (I hope i have my
terms right.)

I was looking up comparison tables of spec, MIPS, DMIPS and BogoMIPS
figures for various architectures, and wanted to see where do the ARM7
ARM9 and Xscale stand.
People were using Linux on the 386 at 25MHz which would be roughly

I have used gcc with a 7520 Netsilicon ARM7, but I wasn't sure if that means

I use Seggers emWin and their RTOS embOS on a ARM7 system
with a 320x240 TTF display.
The Segger tools are very stable. They use (and sell) the IAR ARM7
compiler and give support for this compiler.
Both GUI and RTOS has very good documentation and can be recommended.

As far as I see, they all need an interrupt routine to send
information to the host.

Currently my trace32 has curious problem.
Flash download is fine, but when I have set breakpoint, T32 doesn't
stop there.
I have confirmed code works fine, but trace32 doesn't stop.
