Due to a PCB "oops" in an embedded project, I'm wondering if anyone
knows where to buy mini-usb cables with all 5 pins plus the connector
shield wired through.
I saw some indication that a motorola bar code scanner might have used
the connector for RS232 and used all the wires, but am not doin...

Hi everybody,
I am trying to make a ethernet terminal I/O board. Basically making an x86
based 1U solution. I am trying to route the onboard ethernet connection via
a patch cable (Cat6). this works but I also want the link/status leds.
I did a simple PCB with two modular 8P8C Jacks with LEDs a...

Hi All ,
Lately I came across an american service called ExpressPCB , that has
its own CAD software and after laying out the PCB , you can use the
software itself to order board manufacture. The software can be used
to generate BOM and specify Part number from Digikey. This is
brilliant seaml...

Hi there,
I'm designing a PCB that incorporates a Virtex4 FX60 with 16 RocketIOs. All
RocketIOs function only as a receiver and I wonder if you should care for
length compensation on my FR4 board, anyway. The reason I am not sure is
that in my opinion each RocketIO synrchonizes itself indep...
