Usually debuggers like EDB from EPI are RTOS aware. What does 'RTOS
aware' mean ? Does it means they are able to use RTOS APIs or
something ? Can anybody help me out in this?
Also where to find information on the net about RTOS awareness?

Now, the IP phone software is very big and I want to embed this in my

I am developing an FPGA application which works in series with a main
processor which is running an RTOS(VxWorks). Since my inputs and
outputs are to and from that processor, should i be using any RTOS?

RTOS-32).
Now i need to control a dot printer (EPSON LQ300+); to make it i need to
write a low level driver to manage LPT port signals.

Where does the RTOS saves the PC (Program Counter). Is it on the stack
of the thread (Then how PC is pushed (i guess only CALL instruction has

i am evaluating various rtos for on of our products based on arm7. i
have been looking at Nucleus, embOS, Rtxc, Threadx and MicroC os-ii.
Of the lot Threadx and embOS seem to be good. Although i believe that
