I'm a newbie to this group and RTOS , I want to know what the Porting
means and how to implement my rtos with the application.I have checked

Usually debuggers like EDB from EPI are RTOS aware. What does 'RTOS
aware' mean ? Does it means they are able to use RTOS APIs or
something ? Can anybody help me out in this?
Also where to find information on the net about RTOS awareness?

Now, the IP phone software is very big and I want to embed this in my
chip. For this should I've to go for RTOS like uclinux etc, if so how
