CPU:MC9S12XDP512 I am trying to temporarily disable the a/d interrupt to prevent it from changing the value while it is being read by a lower priority thread. I'm doing this so I can keep all other interrupts running. When I did this, all a/d stopped working. I thought I could just clear the ASCIE bit in ATDCTL2 and then set it again after reading the value. The debugger shows me that the ...

Hi all, Excuse me for the long message, but I want to give you possibly more information about my problem. In an old 68HC11A0 project I had to control the 4 pins PA(7:4). I used OC2 to generate interrupts every 1ms. After entering the ISR I used "forced out

I'm using an MC68HC911B32. All of a sudden I'm getting occasional Clock Monitor Fail interrupts. The crystal and processor both seem a little warm. I've noticed in the past that manufacturers don't use the same language that Motorola does in describing the type of crystal that should

Hello all. I am using the 9S12A256B part and setting up the modulus down counter to provide regular interrupts. The rate of the interrupt seems to be off by a factor of 10 and I am not sure where the error is. Using the ECT_16B8C Block User Guide V01.02 as a reference here is how

I'm using a mc9s12dj256. I'm trying to use SPI1 but can't get any signals out of it (clk, ss, or data). It looks like it works fine on SPI0, but when I use the same register settings for SPI1, it doesn't work. For SPI1, I'm using port h, and I've got MODRR[5] set for that. I'm not using any interrupts eithe

Hi, I am have problems with a MC9S12DP512, I am using ICC12 and using TwinPeeks to load the programs. My question relates to the operation of the timer interrupts. I can get TC7 working correctly. But if I try and use TC0 nothing appears to happen. I believe it has something to do with the redirected interrupt vectors. Mainly because of the redirect vector that works for TC7 is actuall...

Hello, I\'m very inexperienced with embedded systems and got stuck with this project. It consists of receiving a 5V square wave periodically. I need to time stamp the wave to a reasonable amount of accuracy ( < 1sec). I was trying to do polling simply because I don\'t understand interrupts very well and don\'t need it to be that accurate. I\'m using the Cards12 (mc9s12d64 specifically) with
