Hi dear friend, I'm working on linux2.6.30 kernel for At91sam9261-ek like board, in our board we have connected the irq pin of ads7846 to a gpio(PIN_PA22) instead of IRQ2(PIN_PC2), therefore we have encountered a problem in the kernel for activation of gpio interrupt instead of IRQ. My question is, How can I redirect the interrupt routine from IRQ to gpio? Also I have done the following m...

Hi all, I've recently revisited possible improved ways of kernel module source debugging on eg. ARM9 target. The kgdboc method works considerably well but I never got anywhere with muxing on serial. Not that big a problem, but the serial method is clumsy and slow IMO. kgdboe seems to be some utopian concept ?? The whole NETPOLL frame seems to have vanished into the USB background. Is...

Hi everybody, I was sitting more than four houres on the same problem and I don't find an approach to fix it. So I hope anyone of you can help me! I have an ARM9 processor and try to use the SPI-Bus correctly. The PINs SCK and NTPC work fine but the whole time I have a high signal at my MOSI pin. My code is similar to this (and I use the at91lib from Atmel): #include #inc

Hi All, I've been sitting on the fence wrt getting an embedded linux board with VGA output for a while now. To avoid too much HW transparency, I'd rather not take the Beagle board route just yet. (for transparency, I might as well use my PC :-) I've noticed the Embest SBC9261-I board, seems like a good deal. Are there any users here, or anyone familiar with this board ? I'm wondering ...

Hi Kris, You have not mentioned the purpose of your purchase, if it is 9261 or the beagle. I understood that you want something to play around with. I would suggest that you first consider that do you just need speed and processing, or do you need more down to the bits programming and a particular application in mind. The 9261 might do somethings as fast as the beagle. I have not worked with the ...
