I recently watched SparkIO's Kickstarter video for the Electron GSM/GPRS module. Needless to say, I cannot believe that I didn't think of marketing such a device to the DIY community earlier. That aside, I did notice that the Electron uses the U-Blox SARA modem, which is not LTE capable. Can anyone recommend a (hopefully inexpensive) embeddable LTE module of similar variety to the SARA? I am aw...

Has anyone here heard of or tried the Telit GM862-GPRS module? This offers the TCP/IP stack included with the wireless GSM module and supposedly one can connect wirelessly to the Internet with a simple serial port connection and AT-style commands. Saturated 16 by 32 bit multiply Hi. I'm working on a 55x processor and need an efficient 16 by 32 bit saturated multiply. Since I would like to have my code portable, I don't want to use assembly. I have used the gsm.h / assembly intrinsic. Can anyone help me with a suggestion? I can also use a 32 by 32 bit (saturated) algorithm. Br. Morten

i hope this is not OT. I need to port an application for pocket pc on a single board computer. The huge problem is gprs connectivity, on the pda(eten p300 gsm/gprs) i can easily connect using pocket pc API. How can i reach this on a sbc? Is there a ready to use solution, with integrated gprs(with wince installed)? Maybe a pc104 sbc with a gprs pc104 module? Thanks in advance Andrea
