Hello :-) I am working on the Lyre Project, to design and build a Free/Open hardware audio player (DAP) and recorder, for use with RockBox firmware. Home page: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/LyreProject I started with an ARM9 from Atmel but recently another person is helping the project. This guy, Matt from Opendous ( http://code.google.com/p/armopendous/ ), is designing the...

Hi all I have ATMEGA08-16 based circuit that I want to command from my Olimex-h2148 board using I2C protocol. The Atmel based circuit operates on 5v. LPC2148 I2C pins are 5v tolerant so they all can operate on a 5v I2C bus. But I've noticed that all I2C pins on Olimex-h2148 are pulled high at 3.3v using 4.7k resistors. As I'm not from an electronic background I cannot tell whether this ar...

The Atmel AIC has the same problem. And though I just start

We have observed the following problem which appears to be a problem in the ARM7TDMI-S core. We have reproduced the problem on both LPC2138 and Atmel chips based on the same core. When executing a conditional MOV instruction, if the condition is not met, nothing should happen. However, when executing the following: MOVxx Rn, Rm, LSx #xx if the condition is not met, it will copy ...

Hi, I am switching from Atmel AVR to LPC-22xx development and have to learn from scratch yet again ;( I am following James Lynch's tutorial (Rev C) for getting up and running, but I am using the Olimex LPC-E2294 board. I am using the Olimex ARM-USB-OCD JTAG. I have successfully installed the Olimex ARM-USB-OCD drivers, OpenOCD 0.2, YAGARTO toolchain and Eclipse. The next step in the ...
