I compiled the toolchain under MinGW and added the requested libraries, so that it can be used from a standard DOS box. ...

Hi, I came across a new board from our Swedish 'friends': http://www.embeddedartists.com/products/boards/lpc2104_pro002.php It contains an Embedded JTAG which contains an lpc2148 and sits in between the target's JTAG and the PC's USB port.
