Hello everybody, I am starting to evaluate LPC2100 family and I've got a question about interrupt vector 0x14, which is checked by the bootloader. Is there a way to tell the linker, that it must be an inverted checksum of remaining vectors? Or Philips ISP utility automatica

I've just bought a reconditioned Metcal solder station. It came with a selection of new tips including a 'Micro-hoof' tip made for drag soldering fine-pitch devices like the LPC2100 chips. It does make soldering them very easy - I just tack down two opposite corners (making sure the chip i

Be careful about what you can "any implementation of ZigBee" because you neet to figure out what functionality you need (device, coordinator, and so on). As for 802.15.4, try the Chipcon CC2420 is a rather popular

Someone mentioned the Nokia 3310 mobile phone LCD as a useful small graphics/character display on the PIClist. They are available quite cheaply from several sources so I've ordered one (about 16 GBP). The nice thing about them is that they have an I2C interface and will therefore connect directly to an LPC2100 device. I could have saved some money by taking the display out of my phone, of ...

Hello, I have put up a free (for non profit use) version of utility that will load my boot loader to flash sector 0, and automatically configure it to work with the crystal in use. See: http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~jayas/esdk/sill.html Unlike my previous version, this one is based on methods I used to implement initialisation at the factory floor. While it is a fresh development (s...

Hi, This is my first LPC2100 project. I have some test code written in Keil IDE and flashed through Philips ISP utility v 2.2.1, with proper vector 0x0014 set. Runs ok in the simulator. The code is written to the device ok, but verify fails - a known issue with the ISP utility. However, readback of the 2114 gives correct code, compared with "Beyond Compare", so I know the device is prog...

Hi, I am developing a board based on LPC2114 controller. I cannot run any code I write to processor memory. Philips ISP utility works fine, I can read signature, upload a hex file to flash etc without any problem. I have even set the 0x00000014 vector as per LPC2100 bootloader protocol. Crystal is 12 MHz, cclk is 60 MHz and pclk is 30 MHz. But when I remove the ISP jumper and restart ...

Hi all, I'm using Ashling EVBA7 Philips LPC2100 Evaluation board (LPC2106). I got a problem about using GPIO P0.16-P0.31 as general input/output.
