Hi, I have the LPC-2119 ARM Starter kit: http://www.robotchat.org/index.php?topic=12.0 The problem I'm experiencing is. No matter what version of Windows I'm trying to use, the LPC2000 Flash utility from Phillips (Which came on the CD) refuses to let me change the device name to my LPC2119 device, it seems stuck on LPC2016. Also Trying to "Get Device Info" always times out. (I'm using...

Hello, I use the LPC2119. When i get an receive interrupt, i'm looking in the frame status register (RFS), if the received msg is a standard or extended msg. The frame format bit is 0 and indicates that the received msg is an 11-bit identifier but when i read the identifier register (RID), the identifer is larger than 0x7FF. This happen

Newbie unfortunately. I need to pass data received from a CANbus interrupt interrupt to the application (note I am not using an RTOS at present). I am looking for a safe way to pass data acquired by the interrupt into the application. I was hoping to use a simple fifo queue mechanism but I am concerned the application and interrupt might collide while accessing the fifo queue. So I was cons...

Hi, I am trying to use SPI0 on an LPC2119 and I am having problems. I send data to a chip (an SPI FeRAM) and then read data from it, in the same transactions. To read, I send a dummy byte to S0SPDR to initiate the full-duplex transfer. But what happens is that I always get back the dummy byte that I put into S0SPDR. Is there a likely cause for this? I configured all 4 SPI pins to SPI ...

Hello everyone, I have been working with Sharp GP2D15 sensor devices that gives a digital output (high if the sensor detects the object in front of it, and low if the sensor detects nothing at all). As far as I know based on what I want the sensor to do with the microcontroller, I understand that I must use the sensor's output as and input to the microcontroller. The problem is (base...
