Hello, everyone! I use lpc2294 on my board, and use WinARM-20060606 to develop. Then now I don't want to use can bus, so I change it to LPC2214, but my code can't work, trace the code I find it go to data abort inside the malloc function. I am confused, I think they are the same except the can bus part. ------------------------------------

Hi, I've read that other people have had problems with the WE signal on the data bus of the LPC2214/94 (mostly regarding the RBLE bit). My problem is however a bit different. I'm interfacing a 16-bit wide device (EMC bank 1) and have configured BCFG1 as follows: MW = 1, RBLE = 1, IDCY = 10, WP = 0, BM = 0. When watching the data/address bus on a logic analyzer (write sequence) everyth...

Hi, we have production run of boards with LPC2214 and LPC2294, these are our LPC+external memory header boards and LPC+external memory+ethernet boards. On about 20% of the boards Philips ISP utility fail to program the code on speed above 19200. Everything seem

I'm having difficulty with getting the I2C to work (with the LPC2214 as the master). I can get as far a valid start condition (0x08) and generate an interrupt, but I can't get the clock line (SCL) to oscillate. If I debug, it appears that both the clock (SCL) and the data line (SDA) go low simultaneously after start flag is set (STA in the I2CONSET register)

thank for attension on my problem at LPC2000 yahoogroup! i'm using LPC2214 to collect data form ADC chanel control and store it in the ARRAY data by timer interrupt match each 1ms.That means I samples sample per 1 milisecons. And after 50milisecond I genearate all 50 collected data in ARRAY to PC through UART port.but I have problem that is "Non-aligned Access: Thumb Instruction at 000006

This is not a big deal but I'm curious. Is there a timing spec I didn't see which gives the delay from reset deasserted to first instruction in external memory, assuming the device is booting from external Flash? The timing spec of the LPC2214 is rather terse.

Dear ARMieessss.. thanks for your replies , but my problem is I want to connect a 5V interface in traditional way that is 8 data lines and 3 control lines with LPC2214, now LPC2214 datasheet is saying that all GPIOs are 5V tolerant so I think I can connect the LCD with Pull Ups on GPIO pins or can I directly connect the 5V LCD with the port pins.

Hi All, I am facing a reset problem in LPC2214. The problem is limited to improper operation of SPI peripheral, when using a RC reset or a supervisory IC TPS3125J18. But, if i use a simple reset switch arrangement, which shorts the Reset pin to ground momentarily and then pulling the Reset pin high through a resistor of 10k then, the SPI operation seems to work properly. As we are d
