I am using a lpc2214 with the ASHling development kit. When I enable UART1 to work with interrupts, I seem to be losing the top 3 bits of the byte I am transmitting. (loopback is enabled ). For example, if I send 0x2f, I get 0x0f in my receive buffer. Could anyone please help me with this issue. I have been fighting it for about 8 days now with no suc

I have the compiler and have it working for an lpc2106. I used the lpc2106_gcc example and tried to modify the boot.s and the lpc2106.rom-ld files to match the difference in ram locations. When a value is shifted into the scan select register of the Embedded ICE module of the lpc parts (through JTAG), ARM7TDMI documentation specifies that the binary value '1000' needs to be shifted out. However, after much ado I discovered that this is not the case in my lpc2214. This does not seem to affect any other aspect of JTAG debugging though. Has anybody else see
