Hi Group- I'm using an LPC2378 to send a 2 byte USB packet over an interrupt-in endpoint to the host. I'm having my doubts that it can actually happen using the direction described in section 12.3 of chapter 13 in the LPC23xx user manual. Unfortunately I don't have access to a USB bus analyzer to observe what the USB traffic looks like but my host program acts as though interrupt-in...

Hi, I am using LPC2478 as my controller and I have successfully made the USB Device and the USB Host work, as standalone devices. I am using the code provided by NXP for the host functionality and USB HID code (provided in Keil Examples) for my device functionality. Our customers have so far chosen either one, but not both. Now we want to make them both work at the same time. I see both U...

Hi, I've some doubts about usb in lpc2368. I'm facing the same problem of migrating a program which uses usb from lpc2148 to lpc2368. In my lpc2148 program I used the Vusb pin as an input and I checked if the USB was connected or not. Depending on that case, my program executed different codes. Now, with the lpc2368, although i use that pin as an input, and the usb cable is not connected, vb...

I see that I do have to make an adjustment. However, just curious on other's thoughts. I could run the processor at 48MHZ instead of 12MHZ, but that draws more current to do that and the USB is not active all that often. I have a battery powered device, so I don't really want to do that. However, switching back and forth depending on whether the USB is enabled or not might also cause...

When you change the PLL to enable USB, does that affect the UARTs? I thought they were mutually exclusive, but maybe not. Whenever I enable USB, the communications link on UART0 goes down. I'm using a 12Mhz crystal, so I thought the UARTs could operate independently on those. Do I need to make some adjustment to the UARTs 'on the fly', whenever I enable USB. -- Sutton ------------...
