Hi, I'm planning to develop a new design using the lpc2368. Actually I'm using some lpc2148 + lpcusb for the usb stack (virtual com port). But for my design , it lacks ethernet port :( I took a look at the USB part of the datasheet , and it seems the usb part are the same (except the register addresses) . Someone could confirm that the controlers are the same ? And so lpcusb stack could b...

Dear, I'm using the usb host lite code on an Embedded Artist LPC2478 board. The Host_WDHWait always hangs. When I insert an USB stick, only one interrupt is generated. I assume that my USB initialization is not correct. Any hint? Your comments are appreciated! Thanks, Bart ------------------------------------

In the USB chapter we can read this: The following registers are located in the AHB clock domain. The minimum AHB clock frequency should be 18 MHz. They can be accessed directly by the CPU. All registers are 32 bit wide and aligned in the word address boundaries. If the USB is in the VPB range why does the AHB clock matter ? Since the lowest xtal freq that can be used with USB is 12Mhz

Is it possible (and practical) to use an LPC2148 to be both a USB mass storage device and a USB serial communications device? [This is a rackmount box. We want to use USB instead of the more traditional DB9 console port. The idea is to allow an administrator with a PC to copy configuration files into the device and also to run hyperterminal shell session. Any other comments are welcome.]

Can I use A flash drive on the usb port to download a bootloader, or other code to run the program. If this is clear??? I'm not trying to invent the wheel, and would like to use existing softwares and have the LPC be able to read the flash drive as is. Any ideas where I could find the standard docs for USB protocols?? or point me in a direction where I may find more on the USB.

Copyrighted or not, I don't think about using this code as my product code, but, it is pointed by the philips site as an sample code for their USB device. And to write my own code, I think that would be very usefull to be solid rock in the USB and device specific details. Since I don't want/ cannot buy an USB analyzer and the Philips manual is a little bit obscure, the best way is to ha

Hi everyone, I wanted to fabricate a board with the LPC210x that will have USB connectivity. I have found some simple chips that would definitely do the job - for example PDIUSBD12 which is a USB interface device with parallel bus. However, I don't think I would be able to bootstrap

The pins work normally as digital inputs but they don't seem to work as outputs: they seem to be in a high-impedance state (it ...
