They might start together but will they continue to keep the same timing
over a number of measurements.
You should probably look at protocols like NTP, TTP, IEEE1588, PXI and
LXI.
<http://www.lxistandard.org/>
<http://ieee1588.nist.gov/>
<http://www.ttp.com/>
<http://www.ntp.org/>
<http://www.pxisa.org/>
These links should prove useful to you. If you can get near to a TCP/IP
arrangement then one of these should help a great deal.

Hello again
The goal is to synchronize two or more measurement boards that shall start
to sample X samples when receiving the "GO" signal.
The GO signal should be transmitted by the master system and all boards
should be listening for it simultaneously.
All the boards should start sampling the first sample within 1mS.
The starting points of the first samples are important.

Are you looking for something similar to NTP (the Network Time
Protocol)?
Ed
(to give you much more advice than that, I would have to charge you.)

Hello
I need to synchronize two measurement boards through a wireless connection.
Is it possible through bluetooth?
Any advise how to do that?
