Its a a marketing ploy by a UK university to sell books by one of their lecturers. Time Triggered Systems == Realtime :-) As far as I know it has gone something like this 1 Develop some new terminology 2 Write books using those new terms 3 Use books on courses to "raise awareness" with the students (I did NOT say indoctrinate otherwise uninformed students) 4 Start up a company selling tools based on the terminology used inthe books and on the courses. 5 Start running part time MSC courses for working engineers using those books and tools. Perhaps I am just cynical. http://www.phaedsys.com/information/bookreviews/br00100.html BTW the book could hand should have been half the size. another by the same author http://www.phaedsys.com/information/bookreviews/br0050.html -- \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ \/\/\/\/\ Chris Hills Staffs England /\/\/\/\/ \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
