Early engineering samples should not be far away,
but it will be late this year, at the earliest, to
reach Digikey and the likes.

Can we assume that the Atmega32u6 (QFN64) is fully compatible with
At89usb646 except for the flash size. We need 30 I/Os, so can't use
the u4 (QFN44).
Can we expect 1K pricing in mid-$3 and delivery in 6 months?
