I would take a look at the Cortex-M3 series from Luminary Micro.  Do a

Thanks for your reply,

No I do not plan to execute code from an external RAM, I just need some
space to save datas.
I just don't want to start the developpement with this PSRAM if I can buy
it anymore in 5 years.
I'll plobably chose a ST 32F101xZ one and use some SRAM.

Not in production yet, but devkits has been around for 4 months
so I think it is not very far away.

I hear from the AT91 team, that Cortex-M3 does not excel
when executing from external memory, and that the SAM7SE
has higher bandwidth/throughput.

Anyone seen this in their own system?
