Hi Everybody,

Thanks for your replies. To complete the thread, here is the list of
microcontrollers having three UARTs. I have included non-Freescale
microcontrollers too for anybody who may need a similar search result in
the future.

(This is by no means an exhaustive list.)

Thanks,
Anand

The Freescale MCF5213 has 3 UARTs. This is one nice microcontroller. Used on a couple of projects. -- Michael Karas Carousel Design Solutions http://www.carousel-design.com

MCF5225x if you want a 32 bit CPU.

Not really, just a bit of work. Go to each family and then "Buy/Parametrics". Or ask your sales person. Oliver -- Oliver Betz, Munich despammed.com is broken, use Reply-To:

Freescale make /lots/ of microcontrollers. I presume you have a family in mind, rather than just looking for any sort of microcontroller made by Freescale and with at least three UARTs? Otherwise I'd recommend the MPC5554 - using the TPUs, you can get a total of 34 UARTs.

Hello Everybody,

Could you please let me know of Freescale (Motorola) microcontrollers
that have three UARTs?

(The parametric search on the Freescale website is really difficult for
this kind of a search.)

Thanks a lot for your help.

Thanks,
Anand
