I checked one of the Winbond parts and it was not pin compatible
with the AT45 series.
The only one I know of is Macroix, and they only do small parts
which have a different command set.

Winbond makes large flash memory chips. They are pin-compatible, but
the software will need some changes.

The only thing close to this is another chip in the same series.
The 8 Mbit are more available.

Hi,
I did a design with AT45DB321D to use with ASIC. the ASIC development kit
contained the AT45DB321D 32Mbit flash and I use the same thing in my
design.
But now unfortunately the AT45DB321D 32Mbit chip is out of stock every
where and it has 7 months lead time. is there any one who know a compatible
part for this serial flash
