From a quick comparison it looks like a fit.

From what I know about what is going on in the optocoupler arena it is
unlikely that you'll find a higher performance version of a part
to replace the MOC5007 in the same package. I suspect that you
are looking at a board spin or need to build a small adapter board
to fit up some other part in place of the existing part.
