Ravi,

Thanks for replay.

I have done with that option earlier that time I connected target BDM
port to 12v adapter. It seems all the BDM port pins are connected to the
adapter output cable. Is that ok or should I need to change the
connection having only 4(Reset),6(VDD),pin 5.

One more thing I observed is in micro EEPROM controller "FEEMCR"
register BOOTP bit has set in address location. But I am unable to reset
this bit any idea?.
Thanks & Regards,
Venkateshwarlu.K

Venki,

You need to supply external 12V for the micro during flash programming
(pin 5 on the BDM connector).

Ravi

Subject: [68HC12] 68hc912 flashing problem with BDM

Hello all,+

I am trying to flash the code into 68HC912B32 micro but I am getting
"The Module could not be erased" error in BDM prog12.

I unprotected the device by using PR 0 option in prog12 but no use. Is
anybody has experienced the same problem please let me know how you
overcome this problem.

One more try I have done with Metrowerks where I am seeing couple of
errors in command window like this..

Call of a command not implemented!
Please modify "flags" in FLASH_B32 module INFO applet. Operation failed
on EEPROM flash module.

Any help would be great.

Thanks & Regards,
K.Venkateshwarlu
