Please learn to search before you post.This same question has been
asked before and answered 'n' number of times before. searching would
also reduce the time for your answers by a great factor.

Many makers of microcontrollers also make evaluation boards you can buy. Check
the websites of Motorola, Microchip, Zilog, and Atmel. There are also
third-party boards you can buy.
