The PWM timer is identical to timer 0 and 1, except for the PWM features.
All three timers can be used independently of each other. Their registers
are at three different base addresses. And yes, it works.

Note that in the newest chips, the LPC2101/02/03, the PWM timer has been
removed, and some new PWM features have been added to the ordinary timers,
of which there are now four.
