Glad to hear the company operations are as good as the product! Can
you say a few words about what you are doing with the Cypress PSoC? - RM

We're using a Cypress 8bit PSoC device in a new product. We have
a couple of their development kits ( I think they were about $300
ea). Well, one of the ICE-4000 units died recently after about a
year and a half, though the other is working fine.
I called a distributor to find out what to do about repair or buying
a replacement. He checked into it and found that I should be able to
get it replaced with no cost.
I was awaiting an RMA number to send my unit back, when a brand new
ICE unit arrived via FedEx. Wow - what good service!
Funny thing about good service, it makes you feel a bit energized and
you want to spread it around. It takes a bit of effort, but I figure
it's worth posting.
