There is a UNC20 based development kit that has a fingerprint
sensor. AFAICR it uses a Fujitsu sensor. The UNC20 itself is a
NET+ARM7 MCU with uCLinux in a DIP Module.

Atmel has a development kit USB <-> Fingerprint
This is the sensor HP uses in their IPAQs

Where can I get a unit containing a fingerprint sensor, plus maybe a
serial or USB interface? It is important that this should include a
development kit so that we can get at the bitmap images produced
Alternatively a source for say the sensor on a PCB and some simple
interfacing.
We are aware of the MBF110/200 devices from Fujitsu, but rather buy a
ready made module to save some time.
