Programing with OSEK is mostly platform independent. The only platform
dependency might be configuration for system timer setup, but that depends
on the OSEK implementation as well.
The only OSEK book I know is "Programming in the OSEK/VDX environment"
by
Joseph Lemieux, but that might be not the very latest specs.
You can also check the Metrowerks website for some OSEK information: http://www.metrowerks.com/MW/Develop/Transportation/osek.htm .
And a free OSEK online training is planned for later this year, check on http://codewarrioru.com.

Iban, I wasn't sure what OSEK stood for so I looked it up on
Atomica.
www.atomica.com (very useful resource)
OSEK stands for:
Offene Systeme und Deren Schnittstellen f die Elektronik im Kraftfahrzeug
(English: Open Systems and the Corresponding Interfaces for Automotive
Electronics).
I hope that helps other's help you. Pretty sure there is alot of what
your
