It's not an upgrade, it is a full install. You do not need to uninstall 1.2 before installing 2.0. Anyway recommended to install it into a separate folder, just use the one propsed by the installer. Actually I just programmed the MC9S12A256B part with the MC9S12DP256B settings from CodeWarrior V1.2! We found out that the MCU was being held in reset because of a fault on our text fixture. Everything is going smooth for the moment. And as a side note, the Metrowerks website has a little blurb that CodeWarrior 2.0 for HC(S)12 is available for download, but darn if I could find it anywhere.
