Some manufacturers like Xilinx provide pinouts as Excel files, but that
isn't very common. You should be able to copy the text from the PDF and
paste it into the part editor of the PCB software.

Is pinout available in text (or other "pure text / table format") file?
It would be great help for making new parts in schematic library.
