I thought when using microload, you dont have to setup the baudrate. microload takes care of that. |

I made my own serial cable based on this link http://www.technologicalarts.com/myfiles/cable.html I tried using different voltage 5v,9v and even 12 volts. all it keeps saying is " error loading binary file" try again. i tested my port com1 with a different application and it s working fine. Anyone knows what s the problem and how to solve it? this is another issue. Does anyone knows how to add more i/o ports to microstamp11? ============================= The bin file is the little binary rom burner program that gets 'booted' into ram... you can try to use pms1.bat and msload.bin from tech arts... the bat file just copies the msload9.bin file out com1 at 1200 baud, then copies the .s19 file. Sure you set the right options in microload? Hang one or more ls165s on the spi for more inputs, hang ls595s on the spi for more outputs. That the kind of io you wanted more of? |
