I did it.but nothing changed.There must be another thing for using.I don't think but the ethernet sram is on AHB2.So is there any concern about it (AHBCFG2) ? I looked it but i didn't understand.

You can check for following to use ethernet RAM for general purpose

Enable the Ethernet block by setting the PCENET bit (bit no 30) in the
PCONP register. The Ethernet SRAM is now enabled.
Also refer to ERRATA sheet for LPC23xx
