Sorry, I could be wrong on that, I take it back.
Some of the IAR kickstart boards might be designed
by IAR themselves, some of them were designed by
Olimex. I am not sure about LPC2103.
But, under Olimex website, there are schematics
for all the LPC2000 boards.
You can buy the board which comes with the drivers
including LCD.
