I use atmega32 and htrc11001t to read rfid cards.
I send setting and receive ack. from htrc11001t.
My problem is how to detect manchester output encoding htrc11001.
can u help me....

do you give more detail of your hardware.so it is possible to help you.
do you using only "HTRC11001T" ic.how much long antenna do you used to read your tag card.how do you communicate with your controller to "HTRC11001T"
